IntellibizzAI provides digital branding, website design and development, content strategy, visibility systems, AI visual narrative, and ongoing growth retainer services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a custom proposal provided before work begins.
Engagement Process
All projects begin with a Quick Intake form submission. Within 48 hours, we provide a custom scope and quote. Work begins only after mutual agreement on scope and receipt of payment (or deposit, where applicable).
Pricing & Payment
- ● All prices are listed in USD.
- ● Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- ● One-time packages are paid in full before project start, unless otherwise agreed.
- ● The Monthly Growth Retainer is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (specified in the package details). If you are not satisfied after the first revision round, we offer a full refund — no questions asked. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be quoted separately.
Intellectual Property
- ● Upon full payment, all deliverables (brand documents, website code, content templates, visual assets) become your property.
- ● IntellibizzAI retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
- ● Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:
- ● Provide requested materials (logos, copy, access credentials) within agreed timelines
- ● Respond to revision requests within 5 business days
- ● Provide clear and constructive feedback
Delays caused by late client responses may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
IntellibizzAI provides digital strategy and creative services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, follower counts, conversion rates), as results depend on many factors beyond our control. Case studies and metrics shown on our website represent real or typical results but are not guarantees of future performance.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:
- ● Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered
- ● Refunds for incomplete work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
- ● Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 7 days' notice
