IntellibizzAI ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered identity systems, websites, content intelligence and visibility services, operated from Portugal. We are the data controller for personal data processed through intellibizzai.com and the IntellibizzAI app.

Depending on how you use our website and platform, we may collect:

• ● Account data — name, email address, hashed password and interface language.
• ● Contact form data — name, email, phone (optional), website URL, project details and selected service.
• ● Brand & project data you submit — brand name, website, social links, intake answers, audience, goals and any information you provide to generate your systems.
• ● Generated content — documents, strategies, scripts, calendars, prompts, images and PDF exports generated for your projects.
• ● Payment data — handled by Stripe; we only store transaction metadata (amount, currency, status, invoice reference). We never store card numbers.
• ● Support communications — messages you send through our support chat or by email.
• ● Technical data — essential session cookies, IP address and basic logs required for security, authentication and rate limiting.

We do not use tracking cookies and we do not run third-party advertising analytics.

Your information is used to:

• ● Create and manage your account and workspace
• ● Generate your free previews and full systems (documents, strategies, calendars, scripts, prompts, images)
• ● Process payments and issue invoices
• ● Provide support and respond to your requests
• ● Keep the platform secure, prevent abuse and improve our services

Legal bases (GDPR): performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

To generate your systems, the information you provide (such as brand name, website, market and goals) is sent to trusted AI providers that process it on our behalf to produce text, analysis and images. For research modules, we may collect publicly available information from your website and public sources (for example search results and public pages), which is cited in your documents.

• ● We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train our own models.
• ● AI providers act as processors under data processing agreements.
• ● AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete — always review them before relying on them.

We use only essential cookies required to operate the service:

• ● Session and authentication cookies that keep you logged in
• ● Security tokens that protect forms and requests
• ● Cookies set by Stripe during checkout

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The cookie notice on our website lets you accept or decline non-essential usage; declining does not affect essential functionality.

• ● Account and project data are retained while your account is active.
• ● You can delete projects at any time in Settings → Your projects. Deleted projects are removed from your account and no longer processed.
• ● Payment records are retained as required by accounting and tax law.
• ● To delete your entire account and data, email info@intellibizzai.com. We process requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• ● Request correction or deletion of your data
• ● Restrict or object to processing, and request data portability
• ● Withdraw consent at any time
