Terms of Service

IntellibizzAI provides AI-powered brand systems through the IntellibizzAI app:

• ● Identity System — 19,99 € (one-time)
• ● Brand Vibe System — 19,99 € (one-time)
• ● Visibility System — 19,99 € (one-time)
• ● AI Visual Narrative — 19,99 € (one-time)

Custom services — Website System, Monthly Growth Retainer and other scoped work — are defined in a custom proposal provided before work begins.

• ● You create a project for your brand and generate a free preview or diagnosis.
• ● You can unlock the full system with a one-time payment.
• ● Generation runs automatically and may take several minutes; times vary with demand.
• ● Each project includes 1 revision (included review): you describe the adjustments you want and the system updates the affected parts once.
• ● Deliverables are digital (in-app content plus PDF/HTML exports). There is no physical shipping.

• ● AI systems cost 19,99 € per system, one-time, in euros (EUR), with VAT included where applicable.
• ● Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
• ● Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• ● Custom projects are paid as agreed in the proposal (deposit or full payment).
• ● The Monthly Growth Retainer is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

• ● You can evaluate a free preview before paying.
• ● By purchasing, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the EU right of withdrawal for digital content is waived once generation/delivery begins (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).
• ● If a technical failure prevents delivery, we will regenerate your system or refund you.
• ● Satisfaction promise: if after using your included review you are still not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase — we will review your case and may issue a full refund.
• ● Retainer: cancellation with 7 days' notice; you are not billed for cycles after cancellation.

• ● You keep ownership of the brand materials you provide.
• ● Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the generated deliverables (documents, strategies, scripts, calendars, prompts, images) for your brand and business.
• ● The IntellibizzAI platform, software, templates and methodology remain our property.
• ● AI-generated outputs may not be unique or protectable in all jurisdictions; similar outputs may be generated for other users.
• ● Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
• ● We may showcase anonymised examples of our work; we will not publish your full documents without permission.

You agree not to use the services to create unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, to impersonate others, to resell the system as-is, or to abuse generation limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

• ● Provide accurate brand information and only upload content you have the right to use.
• ● For custom projects: provide requested materials and feedback within agreed timelines.
• ● Respond to revision requests within 5 business days.

Delays caused by late client responses may extend the project timeline accordingly.

• ● The services are provided with reasonable skill and care. AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies — review them before use. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.
• ● We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, follower counts, conversion rates).
• ● To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

• ● You can delete projects anytime in Settings → Your projects, and request account closure via info@intellibizzai.com.
• ● Custom projects: either party may terminate with written notice; work completed up to termination is delivered and refunds for incomplete work are assessed case by case.
• ● Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 7 days' notice.
